I don't have a set amount really since I do this on the side and not my main job. Usually I reach an agreement with the client.
Hi,
You can check out some of them here:
Are you still looking for an animator ?
badlogic wroteWe've contacted 52 anti-virus companies, including Bitdefender to whitelist Spine. Haven't heard back from Bitdefender yet.
Well booo! I did put the folder for spine in the exclusion section of bitdefener so I guess that is one way of solving this. And yeah putting a warning somewhere so people know could be very useful!
Pharan wroteAre you using a third-party antivirus program by any chance?
People have recently been reporting having trouble launching/updating Spine because their antivirus thought Spine updates/downloads were a virus.
Yes actually, I will try disabling it.

So yeah the latest version is being blocked by Bitdefender, is there any hope of a fix? Kind of pain in the ass to disable the antivirus everytime I want to run Spine.
Every time I try to start the software, it gives a message that the version 3.5.46 is available, I choose update, it downloads but starts the 3.5.43 again!
huh, this is the first time I am seeing this. usually when drawing up the parts they do it in layers originally, ready to be animated. Considering everyone has their own style and method, and how each joint needs to be shaped in a way that they "go into each other" so to speak, it is best that the artist do it. He has his own color palette and shading style to use after all. It is not just simply making sharp lines and cutting into pieces really.
I might be wrong but just cutting the art you provided, requires heavy edits and drawing. For example it is not the matter of just cutting the head, the body under the head needs to be drawn from scratch to fill the hole and the head needs to be extended. Same goes for the rest of the joints. If you can find someone who can do all this and animate, go for it. I doubt anyone is willing to do this for free. someone might though, I don`t know.
Well, that is not really ready for animating. It needs to be cut in pieces at joints. I cant do much with one big image. If you download the free version of Spine, you can find samples that come with the software, and how they are cut and separated.
Hi,
For those fancy 3D ones you need art with, I don`t know how to put it, "depth". Like shoulder pads on this guy:

If the art allows it I can do stuff like that. I am not really a fan of over doing those, mostly stuff like this:

But if the art allows it, I can do some of those fancy 3D stuff .
Well, lets! what are the details?
Hi,
I ma interested in the animator role you posted. Here is some samples of my work (art is not done by me):

I wanted to see your samples but your steam page does not exist!
Nate wroteWe've never seen anything like this. Can you provide steps to reproduce the problem? We may need your .spine file, which you can post or email. contact@esotericsoftware.com
Now it is not doing it! I will try to see how I can re-produce it and send it to you.
So I had this bug before, but it is back again. When I choose more than 2 bones all of them move and face one direction as soon as I make the selection!
pm sent!
