yugutou Thank you for your report! The video you posted was very clear, but unfortunately I was unable to reproduce the same problem. (I tried both the English and Chinese UI just to be sure, but I was unable to reproduce it.)
As Spinebot pointed out, have you set the interface scale to a value other than 100%?
