How can I create two or more skins that are not related to each other?
For example, I have 3 ties and 3 shirts.

And I need a separate skin for the tie and a separate one for the shirt. So that I can dress the guy in different shirts and ties.

When you create a skin, it's empty (unless you duplicated an existing skin). So, create 2 skins, put your tie attachments in one and shirt attachments in the other.

I don't really understand what you're talking about. Here's an example. I created a skin for the shirt and for the tie.
But I can choose only a shirt or only a tie.
But I need, for example, to wear a black tie with a blue shirt.

I could do this using slots - adding several images of a tie to one slot and switching them.

You can combine skins at runtime, as well as preview various skins combined inside the editor using the skins view and pinning multiple skins.
