  • Can we make audio tags tied to skins as well?

Our audio person was hoping to use alternate tags for the same animations on different skins, is there a way to tie the tags to the skins? below is an example of an enemy he was hoping to attach alternate sounds to (say a different footstep sound for each of the different crabs, or maybe the gallows crab has additional audio tags the others dont for the swaying planks of wood). If not will we just have to duplicate each animation in the end for each skin (which seems to defeat the purpose of skins in the first place?)

Audio events are only markers for playing the audio at runtime. Your runtime code is responsible for reacting to the audio events and doing the actual audio playback. You can implement that however you like. At runtime when your code gets notified of an audio event, you can check which skins or attachments are attached to make decisions about what audio will be played.
