4.3.39-beta: Slider doesn't work with video export

Issue: As written in the title, slider animation doesn't get applied(?) when exporting video.
Background: I have a slider controlling an animation, which the animation control face part visibility. In the animation viewport, the visibility slider works, while in the export preview, it doesn't work at all, the face parts are just all visible and the slider doesn't seem to do anything.

The need to exporting things to a runtime then record and not being able to produce high resolution video (screen recording is capped by display size) is very painful and I wish this could work before the 4.3 production release!
