I have been attempting to import something but whenever I import it, it only shows the bones. I have been trying constantly to find ways to get the mesh to appear but it seems the only way to get the images working is to uncheck the mesh option. I've tried a few things such as reinstalling but it still does not work. Strangely, it worked before but now it doesn't.
Trial not allowing mesh.
Blaster Hi! The project seems to see the images in the folder which is great.
There could be two things hiding the images:
the skins node seems to suggest that project has skins. Make sure a skin is active to be able to see the images.
https://esotericsoftware.com/spine-skinsIt could be that originally these images were meant to be in a subfolder, if after activating a skin you see nothing is showing, please post what is the path for an image and see if the image is there on disk or if actually needs a subfolder/different path.

Blaster Unfortunately, it is difficult to determine the cause based on the screenshot alone. There is an expandable icon on the Skins node in the tree view, so it is possible that the images are not visible because the skin is not applied.
There are several possible causes, but if you would like to know the exact cause, please send us the Spine project files via email: contact@esotericsoftware.com
Please include the URL of this forum thread in the email so we know the context. Then we can take a look at what's wrong.
Blaster Thank you for sending us the skeleton data files.
I imported them into Spine PRO 4.1 and confirmed that the skeleton displays correctly without any issues.
However, if you are not sharing the data for the purpose of reproducing a problem, but rather because these are the only files you have, please note that they may not import correctly in the trial version of Spine. This is because the Spine Trial always launches the latest version of the editor.
While Spine project files saved in Spine 4.1 can be opened in newer versions, skeleton data exported from 4.1 can only be imported correctly into Spine 4.1.
Therefore, if you only have the exported skeleton data files, please try to locate the original Spine project file or contact the creator and ask them to provide it.
By the way, if your reason for displaying the skeleton in Spine Trial is to preview it—for example, to check animations—you can use Skeleton Viewer as an alternative.
You can download the version of Skeleton Viewer that matches your skeleton data from the Download section. (Please note that Java version 9 or later is required to run Skeleton Viewer as a standalone application.)
