This is happening during our 4.3 release, which is taking most of our time. There’s been a PR that will help speed up the process, but development of the C3 runtime hasn’t fully restarted yet.
There’s also an important blocker issue that Scirra hasn’t considered yet. Not having support for those blending modes, which are frequently used in Spine, is a huge downgrade to the quality our users expect.
I’ve just noticed that it was labeled as declined, though that label was later removed.

If you want to help, you can comment under that issue about the importance of supporting those blending modes. I have no idea what’s under C3, but supporting those blending modes shouldn’t be difficult. Moreover, it would add a powerful new feature to C3 itself.
