Browse Button Causes Empty Screen in Spine 4.2.17 Beta

All the other browse buttons I have tried have also had this issue. I checked in Spine 4.1 and the issue is not present.

  1. Open Spine Editor to the welcome screen
  2. Press open project

Result: An empty grey screen appears
Expected Result: There is a file browser where I can select the project to open

    nate066 Thank you for reporting! I have not been able to reproduce the problem as far as I have tried on my macOS PC, so I wonder if this is a Linux specific issue. Please wait while we complete our investigation.

      I just tested and I also cannot reproduce the issue on Windows.

      We have fixed this in 4.2.19-beta. Thanks for letting us know!

      Nate released 4.2.19-beta and the issue has been resolved! I've tested that it works on Kubuntu 23.10.

        Thanks everyone, for the quick investigation and bug fix. I can confirm its fixed for me as well.
