BrownSpine Have you checked that the animation you want to export has the Export property checked?

If this is unchecked, it will not appear in the drop-down list of the animations.

One possible factor that makes it difficult to notice that Export is unchecked is that it is checked by default when creating a new animation, but if you duplicate an animation with Export unchecked, the duplicate will remain unchecked.
