Version 2.0 of Spine is very old. We strongly recommend you to use a recent version of Spine (3.8 would be recommended).
You can download the latest Spine launcher and change the Spine Editor version in settings or via the launcher to the old 2.0.23 version: Spine editor and runtime version management
You can then choose Import Data.. to import the old json file to a Spine project, and Texture Unpacker to extract the attachment images from the atlas. Then you can save the project, change Spine version to e.g. 3.8.99 and export again.
