[Script] Make SkeletonGraphic respecting RectTranform

My teammate request me to make a component that keep spine image tracking RectTransform's rect bound.
(To deal with variant Resolution)
This is simple and dirty code, but i wanna share this with others.

While this feature is also planned to be supported natively by SkeletonGraphic, I'm sure it will help a lot of users until official support arrives.
