Our concept artist has drawn up most of our early characters, at different scales. ie a finch is 2048x2048px, and a human is 2048x2048, coming out of Photoshop. These characters have already been exported, rigged, and animated. We are currently changing the scale in Unity, but our designers/programmers do not want the scale on the Unity side.
Our newer characters are all drawn to proper scale, so they are no problem. It's just the old ones that we need rescale. What is our best course of action to scale all the characters to the correct size, before they make it to Unity?
