Can not finish install spine

Recently, I tried reinstall spine to my computer, and it keeps failing.

I check some methods to fix it, but still it shows same message that

'update has failed.'

My internet connection is fine.

I also tried download different version and it also failed.

I attached my log file and the image shows the error.

Do you have any antivirus or anti-malware software running? Some of those programs will delete or even modify Spine's files, making them invalid.

I'm using only windows defender, and I tried to turn it off but still didn't fix my problem.

Is there any possible reason that makes this error??

I found the way to fix it.

I used other license that my company have, it finished install process.
Than, I changed it to my license again, and it finally worked fine.
