  • The bone draws itself anew instead of a child bone

I am on Ubuntu 12.04, Spine is updated to the most recent (1.5.09) through the automatic updater.

BUG: When I open Spine the creation of bones works as normal, but after Spine loses and regains focus (for example by alt-tabbing to a browser) the following bug occurs when creating a new bone; the selected bone draws itself again at the location I try to draw a child bone. If the root bone is selected and I try to draw a hip by clicking somewhere, the root bone is moved there instead. Restarting Spine resolves the issue.

  1. Open Spine
  2. Make Spine lose focus, at least alt-tabbing causes this
  3. Bone is moved instead of creating child bone
  4. Restarting Spine resolves issue

Sounds like ALT is getting stuck when you alt+tab usually alt+LMBdrag will redraw a bone.

I wonder if anyone else on ubuntu has this problem. I'll take it for a spin on my ubuntu box ASAP.

Seems you are right - pressing alt and nothing else when returning to Spine makes drawing of bones normal again.

Sounds like a bug in LWJGL. They fixed this for Windows months ago, but I guess not Linux. 🙁
