points[1] = ccpAdd(ccp(quad.br.vertices.x, quad.bl.vertices.y), skeletonPosition);
I saw you have a cocos2d-x fork that has an iOS project. Maybe you would be willing to make a pull request? :love:

I added debug rendering the CCSkeleton:
